I AM EGO SUM LLC – AKASHIC MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT (MONTHLY PLAN)

Effective Date: Upon Purchase

This Agreement is between:

I Am Ego Sum LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), a business registered in Tampa, Florida,
and
The Member ("You," "Your")

By purchasing and participating in the Akashic Membership (Monthly Plan) ("Membership"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. MEMBERSHIP INCLUSIONS

Upon enrollment in the Monthly Akashic Membership, you will receive access to:

• Monthly Masterclasses ($35-$75 value per class)
• Live Group Readings with Rita (limited capacity)
• Exclusive Akashic Meditations (8+ with a new one added monthly)
• Monthly Energy Guide (delivered on the 1st of each month)
• Quarterly Mini-Series (deep dives into key spiritual topics)
• Library of Past Masterclasses ($450+ value)

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RESTRICTIONS

• All content, materials, recordings, and resources provided within the Membership are the exclusive property of I Am Ego Sum LLC.
• You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Membership materials for your own personal use only.
• You may NOT:
  • Download, copy, modify, distribute, or repurpose any content from the Membership.
  • Share, resell, or teach the materials to others.
  • Use the Membership content for commercial purposes or in any way that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of I Am Ego Sum LLC.
• Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your Membership without refund and may result in legal action.

3. PAYMENT TERMS, CANCELLATION, & UPGRADE POLICY

• Your Membership is $65 per month and is billed automatically on a recurring basis.
• You may cancel at any time; however, once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for that month.
• Your access to the Membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Upgrade Option: If you decide to upgrade to the Yearly Membership, you may apply your most recent $65 payment toward the yearly fee. This is subject to availability and must be requested within 7 days of your last monthly payment.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT & REMOVAL POLICY

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive community. I Am Ego Sum LLC and Rita reserve the right to remove any member without notice or refund for the following reasons:

• Unprofessional, unkind, or harmful behavior towards Rita, the team, or other members.
• Disruptive conduct in live sessions, group readings, or discussions.
• Violation of any of the terms in this agreement, including unauthorized sharing or misuse of content.

5. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & DISCLAIMER

• This Membership is for educational and spiritual development purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
• By joining, you confirm that you:
  • Are 18 years or older.
  • Are in good mental health and able to engage in spiritual work.
  • Understand that you are responsible for how you interpret and apply any information received in the Membership.

6. LIABILITY RELEASE

By participating in the Akashic Membership, you expressly agree to the following:

• You assume full responsibility for your own actions, interpretations, and decisions made based on the content provided in this Membership.
• You release, waive, and discharge I Am Ego Sum LLC, Rita, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses—whether physical, emotional, financial, or otherwise—that may arise from your participation.
• You acknowledge that spiritual work is subjective and that results are not guaranteed.
• You agree that I Am Ego Sum LLC and Rita are not liable for any decisions you make or consequences you experience based on your participation.

7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

• This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of this Agreement must be filed and resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Tampa, Florida.
• You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in Tampa, Florida, and waive any objections based on venue or inconvenience of the forum.

8. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By completing your purchase and accessing the Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this agreement.
