SERVICE AGREEMENT
Between I Am Ego Sum LLC ("Company") and Participant ("Client")

Course: 90-Minute Ancestral Healing Course via the Akashic Records
Date of Course: October 9, 2024* includes recording that may be purchased afterwards.

1. Scope of Service

By enrolling in this course, the Client agrees to participate in a 90-minute live online session titled "Ancestral Healing Through the Akashic Records". The course includes a meditation, a writing technique, and guidance on healing ancestral patterns through access to the Akashic Records. A recording of the course will be available online for one (1) year, expiring on October 9, 2025.

2. Client Eligibility

By enrolling in this course, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • This course is not suitable for individuals under the age of 18.
  • The course is not intended for individuals experiencing mental health challenges. If the Client is currently undergoing mental health treatment or experiencing mental health issues, they must seek professional guidance before participating.

3. Not a Substitute for Medical or Mental Health Treatment

The Client understands that this course is for spiritual and personal development purposes only.

  • This course is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical care, or therapy. Clients are encouraged to consult a healthcare provider if they have medical or psychological concerns before enrolling.

4. No Guarantees of Results

The Company does not guarantee any specific outcomes from participating in this course.

  • Results are not guaranteed and will vary depending on the Client's individual circumstances, engagement, and openness to the process.

5. Recording and Use of Materials

By enrolling in and participating in the course, the Client agrees to the following:

  • The session will be recorded. The Client consents to being recorded and understands that the recording may be used for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes by I Am Ego Sum LLC.
  • If the Client does not wish to be recorded, they should not enroll or participate in the live course.

6. Course Access and Expiration

The Client will have access to the course recording for one (1) year, with access expiring on October 9, 2025.

  • No extensions will be provided after the expiration date.

7. No Refunds

By enrolling in this course, the Client understands and agrees that all sales are final.

  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including missed attendance, technical issues, or personal changes in availability.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to the content, recordings, techniques, and handouts, are the intellectual property of I Am Ego Sum LLC.

  • The Client is prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing the course materials in any format without the prior written consent of the Company.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the Client's participation in the course.

  • The Client voluntarily assumes full responsibility for their own mental, emotional, and physical well-being during and after the course.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

11. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in the course, the Client confirms that they:

  • Are at least 18 years old.
  • Have read, understood, and agree to all the terms outlined in this Service Agreement.

By completing your registration for this course, you are agreeing to the terms of this Service Agreement.
