1. Course Scope

1.1 The Akashic Records "Akashic Vision" course offered by I Am Ego Sum LLC is specifically to help individuals build a vision board with ideas from their Akashic Records.

1.2 It is essential to acknowledge that all participants in this course bear full responsibility for the information they acquire. By enrolling, participants understand and accept that this course is not meant to instruct or enable them to read Akashic Records for others. If, notwithstanding this understanding, participants choose to conduct readings for others, they do so with the clear understanding that they assume complete legal, financial, ethical, and moral responsibility for the information they share.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participants in the Akashic Records course offered by I Am Ego Sum LLC must be at least 18 years of age.

3. Mental Health Considerations

3.1 It is mandatory and essential that participants consult with your psychiatrist, or mental health professional before enrolling in this, if you have underlying mental health issues or concerns. I Am Ego Sum LLC does not provide mental health advice or therapy services.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 There are no refunds for this course.

5. No Guaranteed Results

5.1 I Am Ego Sum LLC makes no guarantees or warranties, either express or implied, regarding the results or outcomes of participating in the Akashic Records course.

5.2 Rita Ellen Mirchandani is not a doctor, licensed therapist, or mental health professional. She does not provide medical or therapeutic services and does not claim to be a substitute for such services. The course offered by I Am Ego Sum LLC is intended for the purpose of spiritual exploration and personal development.

6. Financial and Legal Rights

6.1 Participation in the Akashic Vision course does not grant participants any financial or legal rights to the content, materials, or any other intellectual property associated with the course.

6.2 I Am Ego Sum LLC reserves all rights to the course materials, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks.

7. General Terms

7.1 I Am Ego Sum LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Akashic Vision course or these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.

7.2 Participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet all technical requirements and prerequisites for the course as specified by I Am Ego Sum LLC.

7.3 Any disputes arising from or related to the Akashic Vision course or these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Tampa, Florida and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tampa, Florida.

7.4 These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the participant and I Am Ego Sum LLC and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral. By enrolling in the Akashic Records course offered by I Am Ego Sum LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

8. Personal Responsibility

8.1 Participation in the Akashic Vision course is a personal choice, and I Am Ego Sum LLC does not accept any liability for how participants react, interpret, or apply the knowledge and techniques gained from the course.

8.2 You acknowledge and agree that you are 100% responsible for your actions, decisions, and how you choose to apply the teachings of this course in your life and interactions with others.

8.3 I Am Ego Sum LLC is not responsible or liable for the consequences of your actions, choices, or decisions, both during and after the course. This includes but is not limited to how you show up in the world, your interactions with others, and any personal or professional outcomes.

8.4 You understand that the Akashic Records course is intended for personal development and spiritual exploration, and the results and experiences may vary based on each individual and circumstances.

9. Release of Liability

9.1 By enrolling in the Akashic Vision course, you hereby release I Am Ego Sum LLC, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all risks, fault, or liability in any capacity, arising from your participation in the course.

9.2 This release of liability applies to any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses, whether direct or indirect, including but not limited to those related to personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, financial loss, or any other harm, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, that may occur during or as a result of your participation in the course.

9.3 You acknowledge that participation in the Akashic Vision course involves inherent risks and uncertainties, and I Am Ego Sum LLC shall not be held responsible or liable for any such risks or consequences.

9.4 This release of liability is binding and applies to all participants, including yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

By enrolling in the Akashic Records course, you acknowledge and agree to this release of liability as outlined in this section and as stated above.

Akashic Vision: Alchemize Your Dream Life Through Your Akashic Records Vision Board

As humans, we are 42-75% more likely to achieve a goal if we write it down. The key to a regular vision board is to see what you want, and then constantly remember what you desire by seeing that object every day.

The idea is that when a vision board is used correctly, that they play a major role in reprograming our Reticular Activating System (a network of neurons that function as an information filtering system in our brain).

When we are stimulating our brain with visual images, words, symbols and quotes as well as the associated emotions we desire, we are guiding your Reticular Activating System to filter all incoming data. As a result, your RAS will change its filtering process to engage with only the data that it picks up as in alignment with what you are trying to achieve.

A vision board essentially on some levels, reprograms your brain to identify and bring into your life what you want, since you have decided to intentionally hone in on that.
